CIC May Co-Invest With Blackstone in Loan Portfolio

China Investment Corp. is considering teaming up with Blackstone Group to buy a stake in a distressed property-loan portfolio being offered by Royal Bank of Scotland Group, continuing a push into overseas real estate.
